Expert ADHD Care for Kids, Teens, and Adults — via Telehealth Across Washington and Idaho.

At Resilient ADHD, Bear Clark, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, combines clinical expertise with his own lived ADHD experience to build care that works with your brain — personalized, evidence-based, and anchored in a plan you can genuinely believe in.

Where Seeing the World Differently Is a Strength.

If you were previously receiving care from James “Bear” Clark at a prior ADHD clinic, you’ve found your new home. Bear has moved on from his previous clinic and now leads Resilient ADHD Clinic — a new practice built from the ground up around your needs. You’ll receive the same dedication, the same individualized approach, and the same provider you trust. We’re here. Let’s pick up where we left off.

Whether you’re a new patient or reconnecting with Bear after his departure from his previous clinic, you’ve come to the right place.

The only care plan that works is one YOU actually believe in. We collaborate, educate, and build a path forward together — evidence-based, strengths-focused, and never cookie-cutter.

ADHD Shapes Every Area of Life — And We Work With All of It

ADHD is far more than attention — it’s a powerful way of experiencing the world. Your brain brings creativity, passion, and the ability to dive deep into what truly matters to you. It also shapes how you sleep, connect with others, navigate your career, and manage emotions. These aren’t failures — they’re features of a brain built for intensity and meaning.

At Resilient ADHD, we honor the whole picture. We work with your neurology, your emotions, and your everyday life so you can build something that truly works for the way you’re wired.

Getting Started Is Simple

You deserve care that fits your real life — on your terms. Resilient ADHD is fully telehealth, serving patients across Washington and Idaho. No waiting rooms, no referral chains, no driving across town. Just expert ADHD care, wherever you are.

Step 1: Complete your intake paperwork and ADHD assessment online and book your appointment — at your own pace.

Step 2: Meet with Bear Clark for your evaluation and build a care plan designed around your strengths.

Step 3: Start treatment, track your progress, and grow — with ongoing support every step of the way.

Insurance notice: Bear is in the process of getting paneled with insurance providers — this typically takes 3–4 months. In the meantime, a discounted self-pay rate is available. Same-week appointments are often available.
